i have a error during install what in 99% occurs the error. i come trying install program Adobe XD in my computer. How do I resolve this? Thanks in Advance! I can install other products fine, I *have* changed my Temp and Program Data folders to the new Drive I got as a replacement. That said, I had to manually delete all the entries in the Registry as the program (Illustrator) was still shown as Installed, but couldn't be launched as the drive was missing. The only thing I could think of here is, that I had them installed on another drive which then I had to remove and that messed something up. Though, my SSD is a local drive connected with the standard SATA3 Cables - there's no networking going on at all over there.

2 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s)įATAL: Can't install to a network locationįATAL: Error occured in install product workflow with error code 176 error message.Whenever I want to install Illustrator on my new SSD, I get the error "Specified installation directory is a network location" with exit code/error code 176: This is one of the weirdest errors I've encountered with a program to date: There is nothing, no page, no nothing about my Issue, except for an entry in the Documentation, which, unfortunately, doesn't help at all. Very frankly, is it that difficult to write an installation program that works ? Using other tricks that had helped previously didn't help either. Following the recommendations found here Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve this problem, is missing or damaged didn't help in anyway. Until now, I could always find a way to reinstall and have it running properly but this time, I'm stuck. When will Adobe ever decide to hire capable developers for the CC Desktop App team ? This tool is a failure from the very beginning. So, I used the previously downloaded package (from Adobe's site) and installed again.

So, this time I clicked on Quit and tried the download link provided in the message. If I click on Repair, a new installation process begins, the existing CC Desktop is wiped out and I get again the same message when I relaunch CC Desktop.

When I try to launch CC Desktop, I get the following message after a very long time : I then downloaded and reinstalled Adobe CC Desktop. So I tried the AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool to uninstall CC Desktop. I tried a repair from the Windows Control Panel and I got this : This morning, the CC Desktop launched by itself and entered the endless spinning wheel state.
